Rental Policies
This is a NON SMOKING unit.

  • No loss or damage is done to home or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Furniture is not to be moved.
  • All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in outside trash can and all loose trash must be in a trash bag, and soiled dishes are cleaned.
  • All keys (if any) are replaced in Lock Box upon departure and unit is left locked.
  • All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
  • No linens are lost or damaged.
  • NO early check-in or late checkout.
  • NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.

This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise

Also, the backyard is fenced, but please, always be your own judge on your pups behavior. (digging, jumping) No fence is dog proof if your pup is prone to that. Dogs are not allowed in the home without their people there unless they are kenneled. This protects the pricy furniture. My dogs are saints, but when I’m gone…. it’s party like it’s 1999.

Quiet Times
Quiet time is 10pm. Please be respectful of surrounding permanent residents.

Smoking Policy
Outside smoking only! No butts are to be thrown in the yard or on the deck. Dispose of cigarette butts properly in the trash bin provided, or put them in a plastic bag.
Ashtrays will be provided to our guests who enjoy a smoke.
